A kid born with disabilities because of a drug addict mother has an idea about welfare. All welfare recipients will be randomly drug tested; if they fail they are offered help while if they refuse their benefits are revoked.
I like this idea.
interesting point, there would be a raise in homeless children by parents who would rather their kids be raised by the system so they may continue using drugs,
c’mon are people really that heartless?

It is a great idea but would take a lot of workers to make it happen. Then helpless children would not get food or a place to live because their parents are substance abusers.
